By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, when you fill out a form, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us.
Travel planning details, such as destinations, travel dates, number of travelers, budget, and preferences.
Booking details needed to arrange travel, which may include traveler names as they appear on government ID, dates of birth, passport information, frequent flyer and loyalty numbers, and emergency contacts.
Special requests you choose to share, such as accessibility needs, seating or room requirements, or dietary needs, so we can plan trips that work for you.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors or by the travel suppliers you book with. We do not store full payment card numbers on our Site.

Host agencies and consortia. As an independent travel advisor, we may share booking and client information with the host agency, booking platforms, and technology providers that support our business.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar regions. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, such as the right to data portability or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, you may exercise them by contacting us. Our legal bases for processing include performing a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

When a parent or guardian books travel that includes minors, we collect information about those travelers from the adult making the booking.
